Payment Information

What payment options are available? The following payment options are available:

  • Credit Card or Debit Card (with VISA or Mastercard logo)
    • VISA, Mastercard (MC), debit cards with VISA or MC logo.
  • PayPal Account
    • You are not required to create a PayPal account when using this service to pay using your credit card or debit card. If you already have a PayPal account you can choose this option as well.

     

    Shipping Information

    Due to Enhanced Community Quarantine, all orders will be shipped out via our chosen courier. Please expect your orders around 1-4 days after your payment has settled, within the Metro Manila region. We will not be able to ship orders outside of the Metro Manila region. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

    What is the cut-off time for the Orders?

    • The cut off time is 3:00 pm. Any orders submitted after this time will be processed the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Order Cancellation

    • Unfortunately, if the order/s have already been processed, we are unable to cancel them (this also means that invoices are also final and cannot be edited anymore).

    How do I track the delivery of my order?

    • You will also receive another email once your order is on its way.

    It's been more than a week and I still haven't received status of my order. How do I follow up?

    • Please give us an email us at simplybeautyph@gmail.com, and we will take care of this for you as soon as possible. We aim to ensure that this must not happen. But if it does, we're so sorry for the delay.

    What happens if I missed the delivery of my order?

    • Please make sure to check your e-mail containing the details of the failed delivery attempt. Please reply for any delivery change requests so that we can sort this out for you.
    • If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to issues with our courier's scheduled routes, your order will not be cancelled. Instead, it will automatically be scheduled for reshipment on the next earliest available business day.

    Do I have to be present at the time of delivery?

    • If you are not available to receive the package, please reply back to the e-mail which contains your order confirmation and let us know the person's name and contact phone number. We will require that they provide an identification card for the protection of your package.

    Do you deliver to a business address?

    • Yes, we do. Please include the suite #, floor #, and business name that can help our courier identify the location of your business address. If you have a front desk personnel, please provide the name of the person as "C/O" for your order.
